MEMORANDUM RE: AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL MEDICAL
SUBJECT: Consulting and Onsite Health Screening Services
1. The Wisconsin Army National Guard is very pleased with the services that American Industrial Medical has provided for our full-time work force. We have used your services for number of years. The staff is very friendly, professional and competent. The van that is used is very convenient especially since he could be hooked up to an 110V, 20 amps. No additional wiring or a generator was necessary to accomplish the screening.
2. The staff was very accommodating to our scheduling needs. There were many changes in the schedules due to our deployments and American Industrial Medical was very flexible to get to the job done. Our schedules are very demanding with variety of tests that need to done on selected individuals based on exposure.
3. The screening was all done in a timely matter. The staff was there when they said they would be. The test results were presented in a timely matter and easy to read. When there were any abnormal results the Occupational Health Nurse was contacted as soon as possible.
